More NIE Director’s Relay Info

More updates on this Friday’s Grueling 12 Hour Race, this time with an Email from the Organiser:

On behalf of the organising committee, thank you for your interest and support of our NIE event, and the cause to raise funds for the Singapore Heart Foundation (SHF). We hope to make this run event an enjoyable and memorable experience for all of you. Here are some important details that will help us to meet that objective:

  • There will be another briefing for runners at 800 pm on the event day (Fri, Oct 13) at LT 1 for final clarifications, if any.
  • When team captains report your team’s attendance on that day, you will be given the team kit in a box. You are responsible for distributing the number tags to the rest of your team members.
  • Team captains are also responsible for updating their team members who will be arriving later, as well as be informed of their runners’ whereabouts throughout the run.
  • Runners can rest in the runners’ holding rooms while other team members are running.

Once again, thanks for your generous support. We wish all teams the best and we look forward to hosting you on Friday.

Best regards
Raymond Loh
