They are quite notorious for allocating old stocks to give away for events, so its very subjective. The low down is that you will still get a bag and a shirt/jersey. I usually do not believe the retails prices as they are usually marked up to give perceived value. You can't ask for much as these are stated on the terms and conditions from the organisers being able to substitute free goodies of similar value.
