SEO fun, Search Engine Rankings

Yes, I know this is not how search engines goes, but for some SEO fun, had some time to play with with them recently & here are some findings of my own using my name as a test search option & the ranking of the site. Well, just for fun.

Keyword (worldwide): Shaun Chng
1st search result on

  • Yahoo
  • Google

The keyplayers are Yahoo & Google as the rest are actually indexed from the latter.
Other engines with No. 1 ranking I tried to date with the keywords “Shaun Chng”:

  • Excite
  • Lycos
  • Altavista
  • My Way
  • All the Web
  • Ask Jeeves
  • Alexa.com

Exceptions:

  • 9th on MSN

Keyword (worldwide): Shaun

  • 17th on Google
  • 18th on Yahoo

Keyword (local): Shaun

  • 1st on Yahoo
  • 1st on Google
